Web Usability Testing
There comes a time when you need user feedback on your site. With even the slightest website usability testing, you’ll quickly learn that the behaviors of your site visitors/customers is vastly different than how you may use the web (and our perception of how your customers do).
There are some excellent, inexpensive testing methods out there that will be of great value when designing or re-designing your website. With only a handful of random testers (primarily from your target user group) and a few hundred dollars (or some other bribery), you can do some simple testing.
